When you create a guest or import a bulk guest list we automatically create a guest profile. Within the profile you have fixed fields for:
- Guest Name (first, middle and last)
- Email address
- Phone
- Barcode number
- Plus 1’s (additional guests that are attending under the lead name – ex: Mike + 3)
- Checked In Plus 1’s (Anytime a plus one arrives they will be checked-in within this field)
- Guest Notes (used to add specific guest information)
We also include:
- Tag(s) – These help categorize your guests for easy searching – ex: VIP)
- Live Manual Check-in functions (Check-in, Check-out, Block guest)
- Guest Check-in status
