Search Guests by Name or Email

This will show you how to check-in a guest via a manual name look up.

1. Select the Guest list tab from the menu to access the guest list screen.
2. Tap inside the Search bar and begin entering the guests name, email or initials.
3. As you type you’ll notice names appearing in the listing based on each letter / email / initials you enter. Continue entering guest details until the required name appears in the search results.
4. Tap the searched name to access the their guest profile.
5. Select the Check in button to admit the guest.
